We believe that great design should come with great service. If something’s not quite right with your order, don’t worry—we’ll help make it right.
How to Start a Return
If you’d like to return or exchange an item, email us first at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. We’ll get back to you within one business day with the next steps. Please don’t send anything back before contacting us—returns without prior approval won’t be accepted.
What You Need to Know

Return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees and discounts are non-refundable.

Items that were damaged through customer mishandling are not eligible for return or refund.
When We’ve Made a Mistake
If we shipped the wrong item or your order arrived damaged because of our error, we’ll take full responsibility.

We’ll cover the return shipping.

A replacement will be sent out ASAP.

For damaged items, please send us clear photos to [email protected] so we can verify and resolve quickly.
Eligible Return Conditions (Effective 2025)
We can approve returns or refunds if:

The item is unused and in its original condition.

The product arrived broken, defective, dirty, or in the wrong size/color.
Return Process – Step by Step
Once you email us and get our green light to send it back, follow this checklist after shipping the item:

Your order number

The names and quantities of the returned items

The tracking number and shipping carrier

A photo of the items you’re returning

A photo of the original shipping label (from us)

A photo of the return shipping label (from you)

A photo of the barcode on the item’s original packaging
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Banks can take 5–14 business days (sometimes up to 30) to process the refund back into your account.
